With PjP Architect you can feel confident that you are in the hands of a fully qualified, ARB professional registered Chartered Architect with 20 years of experience and associated personal indemnity insurance cover.
With projects ranging from the smallest urban sites through to open countryside plots, we can help you - be it a domestic house extension, loft conversion or building renovation to a new property or housing estate, through to apartments or mixed use schemes.
PjP Architect offers an architectural service tailored to suit your specific requirements. Broken down into the following key stages you can choose to what extent you require our service within each stage, including a meeting in person to run though the package of material:
Feasibility Study.
We take your initial requirements and develop a number of options both in 2D and 3D.
Planning Application.
Including Listed Building & Conservation Area Consent if required; we take your preferred option from the Feasibility Study and work up the Planning material, submit the application to the Local Authority and manage the application through to a decision.
Building Control Application.
We work alongside the Structural Engineer and Builder, if on board, to produce a set of Building Control Drawings and Specification for Local Authority approval prior to starting construction on site.
Tender Negotiations.
Should it be required we can contact a number of local builders with whom we have past experience to obtain quotations for the works. Once quotations are received we undertake a review of the material to ensure compliance, suggest any value engineering if required and provide comments on any contractual documents put forward.
Site Administration.
The majority of clients at this stage are happy to work directly with their chosen builder. However, should you wish to take a hands off approach we can manage the project on your behalf and hand you the keys at the end of the construction.
Marketing Material.
Should your end goal be to sell the development we can provide associated marketing material in the form of sales plans or schedules together with external 3D visualisations or internal virtual reality walk-throughs.
